Situation: This complex is superbly located right in the city centre, 30 m from San Lorenzo Beach, 50 m from the nearest links to the public transport network, next to Instituto Square, the Naútico Gardens and the Town Hall and 100 m from the marina. It lies in one of the main shopping areas of the city, just a step away from cinemas, shopping centres, car parks, restaurants, bars and the main sites of interest for tourists. Oviedo is 20 minutes away by car and the ski region of Pajares is an hour's drive from the complex.

Lodging: All the apartments come with a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub. They are located in a beautiful, recently constructed building and offer guests many details such as tasteful design and functionality which combine to create a warm and modern atmosphere, making them the ideal base for a holiday, a weekend break or a business trip. Facilities on offer to guests include a hotel safe, lift access, WLAN Internet access and a room cleaning service.

Sports: Golf enthusiasts can enjoy a round at the nearby Llorea golf course, just a 10-minute drive from the complex.

Comments: Guests check in at the reception of the Marqués de San Esteban Hotel, located in Marqués de San esteban Street, 11 (Gijón), from 4 pm. A cash deposit or credit card as guarantee will be required and this deposit will then be reimbursed on departure, once the apartment has been checked. Guests are required to check out by 11 am.
