Situation: This rural hotel is located in Tresgrandas, in Llanes (Asturias). It is a perfect traditional town with a privileged location and is ideal for those who value rest and tranquillity. The town is set in a valley and surrounded by a natural environment, which is full of contrasts and enjoys views of the Sierra de la Cuera. The country residence lies in this region, amidst rivers, forests and parks, and is also just 3 km from the beach. Guests will find restaurants in the immediate vicinity, whilst the centre of Llanes, which features links to the public transport network, shops and attractions, is 17 km away. Asturias Airport is some 120 km from the accommodation.

Lodging: All of the rooms are doubles and come with an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer, as well as heating. The guest rooms have been individually decorated but all feature common themes of warm colours and wood and stone elements. Antique furniture is also prevalent in the country house. The rooms come with a television and Internet access, as well as a balcony/terrace.

Services: This house dates back to the 17th century, but has recently been restored with rural tourism in mind. The refurbishment has retained the original architecture and the residence now comprises 5 guest rooms. Guests staying in the hotel can dine in the restaurant and then relax in the TV lounge. WLAN access and car parking are both provided.

Board: The establishment offers bed and breakfast and half-board stays, with a continental breakfast being served daily in the breakfast room. All meals are of a very good quality and the restaurant features a relaxing atmosphere at dinnertime and serves meals made from products, which have been taken directly from the farm. The homemade marmalades deserve a special mention.

Sports: The hotel has a cooperation agreement with a spa centre, which is located some 3 km from the establishment. In this centre guests can enjoy beauty treatments, citric baths and therapeutic and relaxing massages with chocolate. In the surroundings, guests have a range of ways to explore the landscape, including cycling, horse riding, canoeing and even quad biking. Water sports are available at the beach too and there guests can go diving, surfing and sailing. Guests wishing to play a round of golf can visit the La Cuesta de Llanes course, which is just 15 km from the hotel. Bowling facilities are also available.
